BTSN Residential

Located in a central area of Botoșani, at the intersection of two major streets, the project addresses a fragmented urban context shaped by repetitive housing and inconsistent post-90s interventions. The ensemble is conceived as a unifying element, defined by a clear and coherent architectural language.

The building forms a perimeter that activates the street corner through commercial spaces at ground level, contributing to the urban life of the intersection. Towards the interior, the volume opens into a protected courtyard, accommodating playgrounds and shared spaces for residents.

This dual condition, public towards the city and intimate towards the courtyard,  structures the entire project. The apartments benefit from natural light, generous balconies, and varied orientations, while the overall composition ensures a balanced relationship with the surrounding buildings.

Through simple volumetric gestures and a restrained material expression, the project aims to bring clarity and coherence to its context, offering a contemporary residential environment within an otherwise heterogeneous urban fabric.
